We aim to send items within 2-3 working days of receiving your order. Delivery times given are approximate. For personalised products please allow up to 5 working days unless otherwise stated

Willowscent currently only delivering to UK & Ireland. Delivery prices are set as per the website, based on size of order and on the delivery location. We reserve the right to refuse to deliver any products at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from delivery. Orders placed after 3pm will be dealt with the following working day. Orders placed on a weekend, will be dealt with on Monday.
Cancellations can be made for a short period of time after placing your order up until receiving dispatch confirmation email.

REFUND POLICY

Not entirely happy with your items?

At Willowscent we want you to be happy with your candles and diffusers, but if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days for an exchange or refund of the full purchase price, excluding the original postage cost. All items must be returned in an unused condition. You are required to pay the return postage unless your item was received and was faulty.

If your item does arrive damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, after 24 hours we will not be held responsible for any damages reported. Goods that are received damaged will be refunded or replaced.
Please ensure the parcel is packaged adequately to ensure that the goods are not damaged in transit. Otherwise we may not be able to exchange or refund you. We recommend that you use an insured, registered delivery service and keep the receipt as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

To get the most out of our Scented Wax Melts, follow these simple steps:

Take your wax melt and place one or more in your warmer or burner.
Light your tea light or turn on your heat warmer if it is electric.
When you are finished using them, simply blow out the tea light or turn off heat source and the wax will solidify until you are ready to use it again
